We produce Bluetooth® wireless lighting control devices, including occupancy sensors, wall switches, controllers and electronic components, for the US and international markets.

- ดูแลไลน์ประกอบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ (4 ไลน์) จัดคนและสถานีงาน ให้ได้ยอด คุณภาพ และส่งมอบตามเป้า
- สอนงานพนักงานใหม่ ควบคุมให้ทำตาม SOP และ 5ส
- แก้ปัญหาในไลน์ ร่วมกับฝ่ายคุณภาพและวิศวกรรม
- ทำรายงานยอดผลิตและของเสียประจำวัน
- Run 4 assembly and packaging lines; assign staff and stations to meet output, quality and delivery targets
- Train new staff and enforce SOP and 5S
- Solve line issues together with quality and engineering
- Daily output and defect reports
คุณสมบัติRequirements
- วุฒิ ม.6/ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์งานประกอบ/บรรจุภัณฑ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป (เป็นหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี)
- ดูแลทีม 15–30 คนได้ มีความรู้พื้นฐาน ESD
- High school / vocational certificate or above
- 3+ years in electronics assembly/packaging, including 1+ year as supervisor
- Able to lead a team of 15–30; basic ESD knowledge
วิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต (PE/ME)Process Engineer (PE/ME)1 อัตรา1 position

- Log repairs, summarise defect types, report to engineering and quality
